Villain is very loose and pretty aggro postflop (50/3/5). I built my stack against him maybe 15 hands earlier with this hand.

Edit: forgot results. He has QJo

I guess he could just put me on air here and be taking a stab, or he could have another jack and Ill stack him whatever. The hands im most interested in are medium pairs or A7 that hits on the turn. How do I extract maximum value? Call the flop raise and check/raise the turn? Or small raise here? I even thought about call and donk turn. Its odd enough that it might get curious calls.

 How steamed is he?
If he's tilting big time then you can probably reraise the flop and expect to get reraised or at least called by a large range.

If he's not too steamed, then I'm not sure. I like just calling and giving him another shot on the turn to raise.

Crap spot OOP for getting value, because calling looks almost as strong as 3betting. I probably 3bet and hope he has a worse 'nut' hand like KJ or QQ. Its just kinda hard to get value from his complete crap unless he's a complete maniac, so aim for the portion of his range we can get his stack with.
Just playing to improve.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say min 3bet the flop. Against a lot of players it can be really bad, but against a player who utilizes this play as a bluff, it could easily be interpreted as weak. I've been doing this against aggro players like the villain in the hand and it very often results in them in 4betting in which case you can just min 5 bet him

Players like this like to put in a lot of min raises on flops because tags fold to them all the time. They also hate bet folding so the minraise helps them to commit a lot more chips even when they have air. I wouldn't do it on a drawy board but I think that this board is pretty safe.

Call and check/raise turn all in. He will be committed. If he checks behind on turn he has a mediocre hand or nothing but possibly a hand he can call a value bet on the river with... but couldn't call a raise on the flop.

Note: If it was a connected or non rainbow board, don't try this.
