Villian is 16/8...
I really feel that this river fold is weak because if I was gonna call the turn, I should have been ready to call the safe river... I feel like he has a set or a bigger two pair too often here. Am I giving him too much credit?

i couldn't shoove all my chips in there considering the stack size and behavior of villian cause you're almost always behind...

Are we in too EP to raise this pre?
I don't understand the flop donkbet. Doesn't this flop hit his range pretty well? I can't understand what hand he would take this line with that you beat.

The raise pre if probably a style thing....
He can take this line with quite a bit: AA-99 and other hands if he is on a FD of some sort. Its a semi-bluff into two tighter players. However not many Ax check here, so why not try to take this pot down now?

I misread the HH, and thought it was 4 handed on the flop and you were donking into the SB b4 he acted. My bad.

raise pf,we are in the hijack position which is pretty good.
Stats looks nitty for villain, his raise size looks pretty weird and awful,2xbb +3 limper.
This is what we were talking about putting opponent on ranges, and one of the way to trim down the ranges,is bet size(3bet size) or raise size.
Im putting him on a big hand after the raise, seemingly he will play this hand OOP.
As played,im checking the flop assuming his ranges is pretty tight here, call turn and i think fold river.

never limp in this situation, it's not a style thing, just don't do it. raise this pre.
Then on the flop, why are you betting? What are either of these people calling with that is worse.
Turn, I'm just folding. His/Her line just makes no sense as well played, but especially considering that you bet the flop his range is so thin and mostly beating you. The explanations for his turn bet are as follows: 1) He is bluffing (unlikely at 25nl), 2) He is making a play with worse (Unlikely, but that is dependent more on history not just 16/8), 3) he has a nut hand and also had a nut hand on the flop but is slowplaying because people seem to think that it is a +EV play (very likely).
