I raise at least 1.5+ pre but that's just me

I make it $1.75-$2.00 pre. ( 4x the BB + 1 x for every limper plus one more x for being OOP) You don't want to see a flop 4 way OOP. I'd raise even more if you noticed UTG was a calling station.
As played you got a great flop though small pp's are in everyone's range.
I bet close to pot and shove turn as played.

I'd probably raise this pot to ~$2 pre, as played ~$4.75-pot on flop.

Raise a tad larger preflop ($1.50-$1.75ish imo).. As played preflop, the flop and turn are fine betsizes with villain's stack size. Larger isn't bad, but leaving a 1/2PSB shove on the turn isn't bad either. I'd prob make flop $3.50.

Yeah that's something I need to work on lol, I usually just pot it preflop when I need to raise, it's convenient but leaves me in situations like this
