I'm pretty sure the button was fishy and the BB had average stats. Can I lay this one down assuming BB has QQ-AA? I felt like I should call the flop c-bet, but with the button's shove I'm pretty much making a commitment decision on the flop. I think a flop fold is right here and I probably would have folded it if I had time to really think out stack sizes and the rest of the hand. Is my call preflop ok?

Agreed, shove flop. BB clearly has a pocket pair, and to be honest, by the river I imagine he was winning. But I reckon jacks are good both pre and flop, I got him on 88. Button had paint, AQ perhaps.

The more I think about it, the more I think I'm full of shit. Reraise like that pre flop with 88? Maybe if he thinks you have AK and he can push you off a missed flop, but likely he has jacks crushed from the off. Kings. Fold pre.
