Your format is fine. You gave a good read on the villan in hand 2, so I'll apply that to the first two.

Hand one yeesh. That's a horrible flop with AA against such a wide range. There's a whole crapload that has you beat. You don't even pick up the draw. I would probably raise him to $4-$5 pre flop. Either way, I think you're commited to this one after the flop bet.

Hand 2. With the read you have on the villan, I would fold here.

Hand 3. Yep.

Really? What other hands are you 3betting so big?

Hand 1: Fine against a laggy donk. He probably has outs but you're likely ahead. I wouldn't trust stats after only 11 hands though. In general I don't think you need to be betting this big on the flop but this is sort of player dependent.

Hand 2: I'm undecided about the turn bet but I think you have to call.

Hand 3: Please flat this pre. 3betting 99 in position is endlessly frustrating because you'll flop sets and get no action or flop overcards and end up having to fold. 3bet hands that can stand a 4bet or hands that improve with the initiative. Note: 99 fits neither of these criteria.

1- fine
2- b/f turn
3- call pre. As played preflop, I'm torn between c/c flop-c/f turn, or your line. If you cbet make it smaller.

Can someone explain to me why the first hand is played ok?

I'm honestly wondering what I'd do.

Smithers, use the amnesia ray.
You mean the revolver, sir?
Precisely.

First hand.

Pre flop is ok. I would approach the flop slightly different though. That's and awful flop. Checking is probably to weak, I don't think you need to bet that much though to find out where you are.

I'd fold the all in. To many hands have you beat, and you aren't that far in front of a lot of the ones you are beating.

Probably got that all wrong, but that's how I see it.

yah, my original thinking. But we're getting like 2.5:1 on the call

So how wide does the op have to be shoving for this to be ok?

Well he already had a read saying he had seen him shove all in when he was in front. It isn't a great read over 11 hands , but its' worth noting.

I can't think of many hands he would shove with there. Either a set, two pair. A pair and one to a flush, or best case I can think of is AK no flush card, that would be a pretty crazy move though.
