This guy is an unknown, all I know is he is likely moronic due to his betting on this hand.

I don't like how I played this. Should I raise the flop? Should I raise the turn?

I'd make flop $2, then turn about $5, depending on if he idiot bet into me again. You basically let a 5 get there with this line, and he'll call a flop raise with so many hands here. And if ur gonna smooth call flop, raise the turn more, $3.50 or so since his range for continuing now includes diamonds plus random 9X hands he 'got there' with cos u flatcalled flop. You should be able to get a LOT more value outta QQ on this board IMO.

I would make the flop $2 to go. There is no way you should be smooth calling a flop like that. You need to make him either pay for a draw or make him show you that ur beat by reraising a huge amount. You should get a TON of value out of QQ on that kinda board.

Yeah I usually raise this flop, not really sure why I didn't. I think I wanted him to valuetown himself and didn't want to blow him off his bullshit hand on the flop but I agree that I should have raised it.

raise flop, expect a fold but to stack off a bunch of hands that continue.

CiB on the river!

hah click-it-back or min raising

I was just kidding because flatting the river is really funny in the context of the hand.

Obviously optimal raise size would be to $1.01

I really don't like 3bb pre, especially from EP. You'll get too many people coming in with complete crap so you'll be OOP multi-way.

If they fold too much find a new table.

I usually do 3.5xbb and sometimes 4x. I think the BB sat out or something weird and it screwed up my bet sizing.

I had been raising alot of donkbets in the past but donkbets tilt me somewhat as they either snap fold or 3 bet and put you in a shitty spot if you are not prepared to stack off or they have some garbage pair plus shitty draw type hand and there are a ton of unknown scare cards.

Anyways thanks for the feedback I pretty much agree with all of it and I played this poorly.

He had 92 offsuit BTW. GH.

Alright, so his range preflop is ATC.

Text results appended to pokerstove.txt

Hand 1: 20.075% 19.78% 00.29% 2489608080 36897228.00 { random }

His range on the flop for donking is still atc!

Text results appended to pokerstove.txt

Hand 1: 25.834% 24.57% 01.26% 1577838 81018.00 { random }

So of that range, what is he calling and what is he 3 betting?

I think he is calling any pair, any oesd, most aces, any pp, and 3 betting 2 pair and probably sets/straights.

So yeah, if I raised I could have manipulated his range, but even so am I folding to a 3 bet on this flop if I raised?

God damn, dude! Stack off if they 3 bet the flop! You're never going to get an edge in this game if you're gonna run lines where you put a buncha chips in then just assume they can only shove with your hand + 1 in value!

op never overvalues 99 enough to stack off? If that is true, being a nit means that you'll never crack these microstakes games!

Yes I am saying I am unlikely to fold to a 3 bet and he is mostly 3 betting stuff that is ahead of QQ. Anyways I am not usually this nitty and I agree with what your saying.

You don't think flatting the 3bet and waiting for a blankish turn is better? You're still behind all his nut hands but his drawing hands got equity halved?

I guess there are quite a lot of scare cards for us tho so maybe felting flop is the way.
