BR just hit 2K and im moving up to 50NL. What are the main differences? Ive heard theres a lot of 3betting monkeys at 50NL(I know there should be some 3betting properly aswell).
So... 50NLers and up: any advice?

Is this FR? if so then no, most people are still not 3betting light or often enough where you can get away with not adding 4B bluffs to your arsenal. Not sure about 6m. IMO their is a huge difference from 50NL to 100NL FR as people are a lot mroe aggressive PF at 100NL and a lot more full time grinders. All my experience is in stars FWIW.

Agree, more 3betting at 50NL and generally more blind stealing and a little less big fish. Either game select decently to avoid the tough spots or make sure you aren't getting run over by the 3betters.
Do a decent amount of 3betting yourself.
Almost everyone sucks postflop though in about every non 100% standard situation.

See, NOW I remember. The avatar just jigged my memory! Apologies!

That's how winners play; we convince the other guy he's making all the right moves.

I think the jump/differences are much bigger at 6max compared to FR

I moved up to 50NL (6max) about 4 months ago.
Its a much bigger jump than any of the levels below, imo.

Whatever you do, don"t start adding 4bet bluffs as part of your everyday arsenal at $50NL. It's still all about value. Just learn to find smaller portions of value. They would have to be 3betting monkeys with tight, tight 5bet/call ranges to make it worthwhile at these stakes

I've noticed 50nl regs appear to be more sophisticated i.e: they will notice if you start shittng all over them. Or maybe I just suck at table selection.

50NL is much more aggressive preflop
also people will fold top pair mid kicker to 3 barrels

you'll find a lot of 3b monkeys (10%+ 3b) with QQ+,AK felting ranges at NL100 a lot actually not sure about NL50
like you see TT or AQ getting felted almost never, jacks sometimes
