i've never done one of these, so i might as well get in on the action.

Being down 3 BI's UTG is pretty terrible. KK+ has run into sets OOP a lot lately, and i'm DOWN FORTY DOLLARS WITH KK+ UTG!!! so...yeah, biggest leak is having a psychological block against folding premiums OOP.
not sure why my ATS isn't any higher than my BU PFR 'cause i swear i've been rasing ATC with nits in the blinds.
i've pretty much stopped cbetting stations unless i hit a piece of the flop/have a split pair/have outs. maybe i'll move back to NL for a while 'cause i'm getting a bit tired of multi-way pots....

ok, I think you should divide fish into two categories: fit|fold and splashy fish
you cbet and c/f turn vs. fit or fold fish
you check flop when you miss to the fish that will call you with any gutshot or ace high
in terms of positional stats I'd like to see a higher CO open, because that's what's getting your ATS so low, you don't open from the CO loosely

ok, so once upon a time the CO was actually where i was losing the most money. i attributed to trying to steal from the CO; now i have a mental block against opening wide from the CO and getting position raped by the BU.
so let's say the two blinds are taggs and the BU is like a 10/8 nit, and it folds to me in the CO. what should be a generic range for me raising? let's say that none of the players left to act behind me have ever heard of 3b'ing as a bluff. JTo is like the first hand i even consider opening with here. i open with any SC's and a lot of suited aces 'cause i figure even if the nit calls, i have implied odds against his range.
also, i never really knew what people were talking about when they say fit or fold. not to sound like a HUD bot, but i've been wary of cbetting villain with BOTH fishy PF stats AND a really low Fold to Cbet. if a villain has a CCPF of 98 and still folds to 60% of cbets i'm still cbetting them on most boards

fit or fold means they only call the flop when their hand somehow hits it
as in they don't call ace high or with 33 unimproved
if button is a 10/8 nit you can open almost the same range from CO as you would if you were the button for obvious reasons and you should attempt to steal with like top 50% of hands in that situation
in a normal situation maybe top 40%
it depends on the blinds ofc

i know that you were just throwing out a number, but i fiddled around with pokerstove a bit, and found this was 37%:
22+, A2s+, K7s+, Q7s+, J7s+, T7s+, 97s+, 86s+, 75s+, 65s, 54s, A2o+, K9o+, Q9o+, J9o+, T9o
call me a nit but that seems really wide to open with a 33/10 donk on the BU who folds <50% to cbets. i feel like stealing from the CO needs to be it's own thread

I just use buttons fold SB and BB and attempt to steal stats to get a bit of a read on how he's likely to react to a steal from the cutoff. If hes folding his blinds a lot theres a pretty good chance he fold his button as well. Test them and see , if they are raising /calling you then you'll actually want to be raising decent hands in the CO , if not experiment with looser hands just don't try stealing every orbit from the CO.
