HAND 1:
Villain is 18/15/23 with a 5% 3 bet
Actually had no clue what to do with this flop
With his 3 bet stat is it better to just 4bet/c?

Hand 1 I play the same but 4b/c is certainly +EV. I just think 4betting against a weak(ish) range in position is less profitable then calling and letting him cbet and barrel.
Hand 2 Don't make it so obvious you're b/f'ing. Just bet a normal amount on the turn. Although it might not matter vs this particular villain. On the river I'm definitely getting value out of his Jx.

hand 1 is fine. I want sample size = # of hands before commenting on 4-bet/shove action pre-flop.
hand 2 is fine until your turn bet-sizing. Bet-fold only makes sense when your bet-sizing doesn't induce a raise. Bet $7.50 or something. River are you check-calling or check-folding? I can't tell?

I was planning on c/f'ing to any decent sized bet as I don't think he's turning any non flush/2 pair hand into a bluff here...
I contemplated betting river but then had no clue what to do if he shoved so I checked... this is bad isn't it?

Hand 1: It's fine, he's probably protecting something like QQ+
Hand 2: What they said.
