Two hands where I messed up
HAND 1
Guy had not played much, tightpassive I guess
running 10/5 over 41
What worried me was the rasie on the turn I did not know how to respond.
Range AJ,KQ,JJ,99,JT,9T maybe two diamonds or unlikely 33
PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (6 handed) - Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

BB ($17.55)
UTG ($10.55)
Hero (MP) ($10.60)
CO ($10)
Button ($24.30)
SB ($10)

Preflop: Hero is MP with 10, 10
1 fold, Hero bets $0.40, CO calls $0.40, 3 folds

Flop: ($0.95) 9, J, 10 (2 players)
Hero bets $0.90, CO calls $0.90

Turn: ($2.75) 3 (2 players)
Hero bets $2.50, CO raises to $6, Hero ?

HAND 2
villian was active, stealing from the button
Called the flop because villain is probably firing every board
with his entire range
The turn I just felt like being crazy and re raising him trying to steal the pot from two overs or a weak pair
plus I picked up some outs, He insta shoved.

OK, so please tell me what our action should be on the turn
Hint: he's not folding a shove

That is what I am having trouble deciding.
Calling is still going to get me all in. I call I would have 3bucks left with the pot of 14
So out of Call/Shove/Fold
I say shove, I don't expect him to fold 2pair,TPTK anyways

Lucothefish will become famous soon enough
Hand 1: With such a tight-passive you could also have QQ, KK, or (unlikely) AA here which you're also ahead of.

What iopq was getting at - you're ahead of nearly the whole range you put the villain on, so why are you worried about getting it in? The only two hands in the range you gave that beat you are JJ and KQ (and you have outs vs KQ). Shove and be happy with it.

Hand 2: You've put in half your stack already and now you're looking at an awkward decision with only 4 outs to improve. If you often end up in spots like this you need to ask where it all went wrong.

Next time you're raising with air to snap off a suspected bluff do it on the flop, not the turn. That way you can avoid getting so pot-stuck.
<@d0zer> how will you learn if I don't berate you harshly?

Vinland is an unknown quantity at this point
Hand 2)
Doesnt he have 12 outs with the flush draw?

Not that it changes things all that much
I confess in quicksand

if you're playing back in hand 2, i'd rather raise flop or as played just call turn.
