My 2nd week in 25NL.What i have made over the weekend, was lost over the weekend.Started off with set over set and small pots after small pots. But i wont give up.Variance and bad play.Starting to pick my spots for c-betting and decreasing my lost. But i still
have a problem on playing broadways hand in position and my play on the turn and river.Evaluating opponent ranges on the flop is the thing i really need to improve.

1 hand from today and yesterday(didnt have much time to look over):

Hand 1
First hand with villain.Looking on this hand ,should i do a c/f instead of a block bet on the river?

UTG ($29.70)
MP ($15)
Button ($25.85)
Hero (SB) ($32.55)
BB ($32.45)

Preflop: Hero is SB with 10, 10
1 fold, MP (poster) checks, 1 fold, Hero raises to $1, 1 fold, MP (poster) calls $0.75

Flop: ($2.25) 6, 4, 9 (2 players)
Hero bets $2, MP calls $2

Turn: ($6.25) Q (2 players)
Hero bets $3, MP calls $3

River: ($12.25) Q (2 players)
Hero bets $5, MP raises to $9 (All-In), Hero calls $4

Total pot: $30.25 | Rake: $1.45

Hand 2 :
Villain has been really active the past few pots.Seeing him limp UTG,his range seems pretty wide and im pretty clueless on the turn(need to improve my turn play, ppl seems to float me a lot).Suggestions?

So in the first hand you're block betting to keep him from bluffing with 67, 78, right?
I think you have to call a raise with as little as he has left, and block betting smaller invites a bluff imo.
I'd try to get the most value out of 9x hands and draws (I probably would have bet more on the turn to make it an easy river shove)

Hand2: I'm not very afraid of a T on the turn after he calls a 3-bet preflop.
If you're going into check-call mode when the board gets a little scary I think you're loosing value from decent one-pair hands that you beat and still pay them off when they beat you.

I'm not incredibly qualified to give advice... just my take on it.
The strengh of a hero is defined by the weakness of his villains.

will641 is on a distinguished road
1) make the turn bigger and shove the river. and still shove the river as played.

2) this is an okay line.
