I Started playing 6max this month at 50nl and played a laggy style. I ran good for a while but eventually things went south. I think its a very demanding style and it is easy to go too far with it. below are my LAGG stats.

After running bad for the last few thousand hands (before i reached 11.5k) i decided i needed to make some changes. The main change was to tighten up and i added two additional tables (so 6 tables) to fight boredom. below are my TAGG stats:

tagg seems to be working better for me and its less demanding. The swings are not as bad so i'm less likely to tilt. Of course sample size is still small so it could be variance in either style. What do you guys think of the difference, anything stands out in tagg stats?
I now have 25 buyings for 100nl but i will probably wait until i have at least 30 before moving up.

im tighter than you - 21/18~ but, you could probably get away with stealing the blinds a bit more, 30% att to steal is the min you should have. you could probably also raise more hands preflop, when i try and play LAG my stats are usually something like 25/21 (UTG vpip is like 7).
All in all, just keep playing the way you are if your comfortable with it, your winning at a nice winrate. Keep it up.

ive killed this game playing 17/8.
If you can play loose and get value for it then by all means go ahead though. Enough sites have 50nl as a rock fest which gives you the oppertunity to play laggy effectivly, which i like.

Dan - I have a steal blinds % of 25.5 and I thought I was fairly positionally aggressive (my 6max stats are 26/12, with my PFR being 18% on the button) but clearly I'm not. Is this just a function of my PFR being relatively low? It seems to be gradually going up but can't see it ever reaching above 15% while I'm playing roughly the same TAggy game as I am now.

I see this a lot and my simple comment is that you can try to steal as many blinds as you want, but if your postflop game sucks (or you are just far to predictable) i think you lose value in raising the blinds to steal vs playing a marginal hand in postion (like A7s/K9s/QTo) against bad postflop players. Showing down marginal stuff in unraised pots from lp > blind stealing IMO.

how many tables were you playing? I feel its possible to kill this game but it takes discipline and focus... mainly discipline in my experience.
