i tried playing 0.05/0.10 NL CAP but i didn't like it i just switched back... i need everyones input to how i can improve my game... i'm no donk or anything but no roll for any higher stakes...
i realize the sample size is small but should give you an idea...

Raise more preflop, especially on the button - you should not be negative there. Positional aggression will take your game to the next level. Also, try raising first in on Button and Cutoff - never limp even with suited connectors. Otherwise it looks like you are very tight which is good at low stakes.

seriously , move up ... the other day i was teaching my brother how to play poker , i opened up some NL 10 games , i let him play , while i sweated him ...and let me tell you , nothing that resembles poker is played at that level...
