How does this look? I would appreciate any comments/critiques that will help improve my game. Im planning on moving up to 200NL very soon and I want to plug any leaks that may be present before I do. Thanx fellas.

Why havent you moved up already? Anyways, you are playing way too tight and really need to work on opening up your game.
Without posting your detailed stats thats about all I can say, just be more aggressive.

Pretty nice man! 144k is a looooooooooot of hands, how long of a period is this over? How many tables do you play at once? Position stats?
I agree with sand and andy 100%, you should have moved up earlier. If you haven't cashed any out (which I'm assuming you did) you're rolled for even 400nl.
I also think you're being too tight. You are making money, but I think you could be making a lot more opening your vpip up a bit, and your pfr a lot more.

This is over a long period of time. Probably a year or more. I have been paying rent and bills while going to school up until this summer which is why I havent had a chance to move up. I was much tighter back then as well and have loosened up considerably now. My bankroll is right around $4000 now after bills so I wanna make the move. Anyone else have any advice for me. I appreciate the feedback. Here are my postition stats.

I usually six or eight table. Midaso, why do you recommend that I play 6 max? Ive playd them on occasion and Ive always found that they are fun but the swings are nutz. Do you think they are more profitable than 10 handed?

well he asked for opinions, and he is probably forsaking much larger sums of money by not moving up. but, if you HAVE to cash out to pay things, there isn't much to do.

Telling people to not cash out is good advice IMO.

Yeah I'm in that second category, so it annoys when people always blatantly say "don't cash out zomg!" And about forsaking money.. that is not a certainty at all. It is no doubt true for some, but there's a ceiling for most probably.. not everyone is meant to be a winning 1k player. And even ignoring those things, having something to show for from your poker winnings is nice too, in and of itself. And if you're comfortable at a certain stake and make good money there, fine. Just my opinion too ofc.
