Villian Stats : (VP$IP/PFR [Street Aggression] 3-bet%)

MP: 56/4 [1 1 2] 0% over 167 hands.
BTN: 41/3 [2 2 5] 0% over 83 hands.

My Thoughts And Questions

Not a bad flop for my hand and as we are 3 ways and probably lots of overcards and the fact that they both got very wide ranges on flop i like the cbet.

Got the pot hu in position on turn which is not a bad result. I feel now i am in a WA/WB situation so would a check behind here be good ? I dont expect him to be bluffing many rivers either which helps me get my hand to SD.

Poker Stars $0.05/$0.10 No Limit Hold'em - 5 players

UTG: $9.05
Hero (CO): $10.05
BTN: $22.40
SB: $11.35
BB: $10.00

Pre Flop: ($0.15) Hero is CO with 8 8
UTG calls $0.10, Hero raises to $0.40, BTN calls $0.40, 2 folds, UTG calls $0.30

Flop: ($1.35) 3 T T (3 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $1, BTN folds, UTG calls $1

Turn: ($3.35) 7 (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero?

Hoopy is an unknown quantity at this point
Try raising to 4BB + 1 for each limper preflop, should get less multiway pots that way.
Checking the turn back is fine as he is passive meaning you will get to showdown a lot of the time.

Edit:Your right about being WA/WB I think so no need to build a pot with this hand.

raising 3BB + 1 per limper is fine
I personally just pot it (3.5BB + 1 per limper) but that's because I'm lazy

if you're checking this turn back, be prepared to call a river
if you're betting this turn you can bet the amount you'd call on a river and check back river

so now it's just the issue of giving someone outs vs. how often they bluff river vs. how often we have the best hand

Yeah i alwayz raise 3bb + limpers. IF i had to raise bigger i would do the 3.5bb + limpers. Maybe i should just program it into my old SNG script.

I dont think villian is gonna be bluffing a river hardly ever. So perhaps a bet here is best as i get value from some PP's and backdoor flush draws. On river scare cards drop etc and then i miss value. Hmmmm seem to be convincing myself here that vs the guy bet turn and check down river is best.
