This is my stats from a 30k hand sample at 10nl which is all I've ever played there. I find myself to be stacking off a lot at times, sometimes because of tilt and just not knowing what the fuck to do, I also have like no knowledge of pot odds. I am not good at them, I know you need 4:1 for a flush and 5:1 for a oesd. That's about the extent of my knowledge as far as pot odds goes.

I fold AA preflop.

Last night we broke down your stats with some filters and showed that you probably 4-bet too much with weak hands. You should probably do a similar type of analysis like we did and figure out what sorts of hands you're playing from the big blind that are pissing away money and things like that.

I have no interest in discussing strategy with a protege'. Your job is to remain quiet and listen. I have a very systematic approach that I will share with the right candidate and I promise that I will turn you into a force of nature and show you elements of the game of poker that you never knew existed.

Jason is an unknown quantity at this point
I'm not really a big fan of analyzing stats per se because they don't translate to wins and losses by themselves and you should never try to "fix" stats. You just play the hand you're dealt the best way it should be played.

Pot odds are one of the basic fundamentals of poker and essential for succeeding. You should take some time to understand and apply them.

If you know you're tilting money away, that's an area I would spend a lot of time focusing on.

25/19 vpip/PFR spread just seems too wide. i haven't seen you play enough to know why exactly it's this wide, but i suspect it's because you call a reg's UTG open w AJo OTB and call a 28/0's CO open OTB too much and don't iso fish enough and so forth. also the amount you vpip out of the blinds is like astronomically more than what i do, but i don't know if that's 'cause i'm nitty out of the blinds or if you're just taking your SB discount far too often (then again you're actually up money out of the SB over a large sample so maybe i should open up).

fold PF 3b seems super low for 10nl. like no one 3b's without premiums down there, so you should be folding like every single time someone 3b's.

list more stats like Cbet and fold to cbet and raise cbet, add 3b to your positional stats, raise with previous callers is an underrated stat, so forth
