SB is a 72/15/50 fish, i have 52 hands on him.
Flop, i figure I can get some more value out of a Tx type hand as well as making a single heart pay to draw by raising his donk-bet, which could mean anything. Turn c/R scares me, but it's a minraise and I often fail at folding to them. I just can't think of many hands in his range that I'm way ahead of - i'm either crushed or flipping. What do you think?
another thing is the flop raise sizing. i think it was way too small.

You are right. Raise bigger on the flop. Something like 2.30. If he calls he's unlikely to be chasing.
Id bet the turn stronger too. Like psb. If he still goes along you know to play river cautiously.
River is a clear fold.

I hate these flops when I have AA or KK, since I'm either a lock or crushed (and I have trouble folding). The problem is that KK only has value here if another heart does NOT fall, and any 5, 6, 8 or 9 is pretty bad news as well. That means we want the money in on the flop (where against this guy you're way ahead of his range). After that, the board just screws you, and you have to try to get away from it somehow. Tough spot.
