Ranges- When I'm putting villian on a range, is it a range where he would play in this manner or what range is required to beat my hand and how likely is he to have this range?

Hand 1
Villian is 60/30 over 50 hands or so
Big time calling station.
The paired board bothered me cause this guy could have anything.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (6 handed) - Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

MP ($7.50)
CO ($4.95)
Button ($7.35)
Hero (SB) ($10)
BB ($10.45)
UTG ($3.90)

Preflop: Hero is SB with K, K
UTG calls $0.10, 1 fold, CO calls $0.10, Button calls $0.10, Hero raises to $0.50, 2 folds, CO calls $0.40, 1 fold

Flop: ($1.30) 4, 3, 3 (2 players)
Hero bets $1, CO calls $1

Turn: ($3.30) 2 (2 players)
Hero bets $8.50 (All-In), CO calls $3.45 (All-In)

River: ($10.20) 10 (2 players, 2 all-in)

Total pot: $10.20 | Rake: $0.50

Hand 2
villian is 25/15 over 40 hands

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (6 handed) - Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

CO ($7.15)
Button ($10.90)
SB ($7.55)
Hero (BB) ($10)
UTG ($10.15)
MP ($3.15)

Preflop: Hero is BB with K, K
2 folds, CO raises to $0.40, 2 folds, Hero calls $0.30

Flop: ($0.85) 9, 10, Q (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $6.75 (All-In), Hero ???

pf-Fairly tight player. CO raise says 22+, broadways
flop- any 2 spades, KJ, KJs, 22+, ??

How many outs do I have here? What do I put him on to figure out the outs? If I put him on 2 spades that limits my outs considerably. If I put him on AXspades then what?

Hand 1, completely standard and I'm more than happy getting it in every time. The board paired, so what? I'm guessing villain has a 3 in this hand? It's exactly because he could have anything that I'm happy getting it in here.

Hand 2, What's up with the no 3b preflop? I probably call but only because our hand is so strong, I'm having trouble thinking what kind of hands people do this with. Maybe sets? We have 40% against 99,TT,QQ,KJs,KJo,AA. This goes up considerably if we add anything else, like JJ,88,KK. I really doubt he has a made flush here.

This.

As to the hands, hand 1 is fine, he'll call u with all overpairs and possibly even something like 45 given description. Hand 2 3 bet PF. As played I'd call here in a heartbeat, this is way more likely to be a straight, JX with a spade or a naked As than a made flush. You can't just put him on AXs because he shoved, why would he spazz shove the nuts here?
There's only one system. Bet. Lose. Borrow. Steal. Lose. Take the drugs. Lose. Prison. Death.
