I play so bad...this villain puts me on tilt when I should stay calm. He is a 36|30 and we've had several hands together and he has gotten the best of me in three of them. I think I had AKs with him once and bet and bet and he held onto his 33 like glue to the river.

How is the line in this example and what would you do on the river? Would you bet differently on earlier streets?

$0.05/$0.1 No Limit Holdem

well he seems like someone who would call you to the river with any pair, especially since uve been caught and tilting.

The pf, flop and turn bets are sized well, but if you feel his range includes random pairs hands. 67, 99, 10s, etc then you should just shove this river.

Does he seem like the player to just call you down? or will he bet if checked too? If you think you can show down cheaply, id just check and hopefully he checks behind.

If hes the type to bet without a straight, you wanna make a value bet here, the only amount thats good would be an allin, imo. Im guessing hes gonna be willing to stack off with any pair here, and not just only a set or straight. Betting any lower really forces you to call any raise anyways, might as well be the aggressor.

I really feel like you are committed in this pot, especially since you bet pot on the flop and turn, imo, giving up the pot here is really not the best decision.

Shove> Check call>B/F> c/f IMO.

There are a couple of options, he might been going for the flush, or maybe an "flop-overpair", if i was you i would bet 2$, and let him call/fold.

If he reraises, well, then do what you want to do. :P
With patience you win

I ended up pushing all-in. I felt committed to the hand and since he had chased me with such a weak pair before, I felt he was doing the same thing again. It ended up that he was chasing me again, this time with a pair of 4s. Maybe I should of backed off at the end? Is stacking off ok here vs his range and previous light calls?

River: ($9.35, 2 players)
Hero goes all-in $6.20, MRGSER calls $6.20

Final Pot: $21.75
MRGSER shows:
Hero shows:

MRGSER wins $20.70 ( won +$9.95 )
Hero lost -$10.75
