Villian Stats : (VP$IP/PFR [Street Aggression] 3-bet%)
UTG : 65/1 [2 4 11] 0% over 139 hands
Extra Note
Donk bet% = 48% (10/21)
My Thoughts And Questions
So villian is super loose and passive preflop and lurvs donk betting.
Seeing that he is donking so much of his range is the correct line here to raise him up and the fire any non club turn if he calls ?
Poker Stars $0.05/$0.10 No Limit Hold'em - 6 players
CO: $10.00
Hero (BTN): $11.30
SB: $2.00
BB: $10.00
UTG: $15.90
MP: $21.80
Pre Flop: ($0.15) Hero is BTN with 7 7
UTG calls $0.10, 2 folds, Hero raises to $0.40, 2 folds, UTG calls $0.30
Flop: ($0.95) 9 4 3 (2 players)
UTG bets $0.50, Hero?

I've been seeing a lot of this kind of nonsense at 10nl, people open limping and then suddenly deciding they're going to throw aggression at you on the flop... Given villains stats this seems an easy raise I think?
If he fires again on a meh turn you're in a situation which I struggle with and so would defer to the advice of some more experienced regs.

I'd say it's an easy call, the guy could have 56, flush draw, a nine, a gutshot, other retarded shit
if we raise he's only calling with his draws and folding his 4s and 3s probably so it's not a great spot to raise for value
I'd raise for value with a good 9 or TT+
also we can safely fold on the turn if any draw completes or if an ace comes off because donks don't bluff multiple streets

In the actual hand i did call, but when i was looking at the hand i thought perhaps the raise was better.
Hmmmmm so there isnt enough worse hands that call us in this spot? Even on such a drawy board ?
If we call then if the donk check the turn to us we then bet regardless ?

well it's not like he's making a mistake if he calls a raise with a hand like 56 because he has implied odds
you're not automatically c/fing if a deuce comes off and he might get a bet on a later street because you might say "he has the flush draw and he's bluffing the river because he missed" etc.

I have a bit of trouble with these sort of hands as well. What would be the correct line if:
1/ Hero had AdJs?
2/ Villain pot sized donkbetted?

if both 1 and 2 are true I don't have a problem folding
if he half-pots it and I have AJ I'll raise
if I have 77 and he full pots I'll still call one
