Villian was 25/15/?? over about 50 hands. He was pretty agressive until this hand. After looking at this I think my flop bet should have been pot size and turn should have been about $2.
His river bet seemed weak to me. How do I play the river? There's no way I'm folding this so call or push or ???

Hero shoves. Flop bet size is fine. I'd probably make it $1.70 on the turn.

I'm guessing by the fact you've posted this that he's slowplaying trips and makes his boat on the river...? That or he's flopped 2 pair? These things happen, and you really have to ship this.

If my set gets spanked with a flush or boat it doesn't really bother me. If my flush gets beat with a boat it doesn't bother me.
BUT...
If my Ace set Q kicker gets beat by a Ace set K kicker it just really pisses me off and I have to un-tilt for a few minutes.

There is no way you can expect villain to show up often here with AK. Seriously, why is BB flatting a button raise with AK? I expect Ax to play the hand exactly the way villain played it, so well-played.
I also like your flop bet. Since your flop bet got called, you can bet a little more on the turn now. We are taking a ton of hands to value-town here... 99-KK (ok, not often KK or QQ, but he flatted with AK so who knows?), Ax, 76, even 8x.
