I played this hand horribly. Button is a maniac donk who I was hoping to isolate. CO's stats are of 21/16 with AF of 1. Should I be Cbetting this flop as Im OOP and its a multiway pot? My river bet is a shocker.

Good grief man... Please take this down on the flop with a pot bet. CO's line just screams AK.
Fold the river.

I bet this flop every time. We're the pre-flop raiser so the initiative is with us and we have a made hand with one over card. If the Q has hit either of them I'd rather find out now. I can't see the value in a passive line.
As played, I don't understand why you've led the river.
