Pre-Flop: ($0.03, 9 players) Hero is MP3 K A
2 folds, MP1 raises to $0.08, 1 fold, Hero raises to $0.30, 1 fold, BTN goes all-in $0.75, 2 folds, MP1 calls $0.67, Hero calls $0.45

Flop: 3 6 7 ($2.28, 3 players, 1 all-in)
MP1 bets $1.71, Hero ???

Can i still fold here? I'm pretty shure that I'm beat, but what about the pot odds?
No reads, since both players were pretty new to the table.
BU was 47/7 over 15 hands.
MP1 was 20/11 over 35 hands.
