Right or Wrong.............I like to win 20 to 30 % on my bankroll and than get out
if i play with $10 and win $2 bucks i get out...........or $100 and win $20 to $30 bucks................i hit and run..........sometimes it takes me 2 hands.......and somtimes 2 hours or more ..............i have never lost money and am always up
some days i win 40% and others days 10%..........and was thinking of moving up the latter to high tables.......is this a good way 2 play.............or should i play to win more money like 100% on my money and more....

Are you properly bankrolled? It sounds very much as though you're a gambler, rather than a poker player. Leaving the table only having won 20% - 30% of your buyin indicates that you are afraid of losing it, and not confident of winning more. If you were you would keep playing. That small difference in stack size shouldn't make much difference to your play.
To answer your question, no it isn't a good way to play. Stay at a table until you are uncomfortable playing there. That may be because:
- You've played a couple of hours and have had enough.
- The players at the table are better than you and are pwning you.
- Your girlfriend has just finished cooking and it's time to eat.
- You have a big stack and aren't comfortable with big stack poker.
If a "big stack" for you is 120bb, and you feel uncomfortable playing with that then your biggest issue is probably confidence. This is what makes me question your bankroll.
And you say you've never lost. That just means you haven't played enough.

I hate when people hit n run, even though I know there are always "other fish in the sea." It's still frustrating that someone lucky enough to suck out, or catch me bluffing or something and will "book the win" and split.
anyway, white-devil - I agree totally with flyingpenguin. sure you win a little here and there, but over time you are bound to give it back because you're game has leaks in it. if it didn't, then you wouldn't want to leave the table until what flyingpenguin wrote about happens.

1st of all, it sounds like you are talking about a buy-in and not a bankroll. your bankroll is all of your money in your poker account (or all of the money you are willing to risk to play poker). your buyin is what you "buy in" for at the table. play until table conditions are no longer favorable (which shouldn't really be a problem at low stakes usually). it sounds like you haven't been playing very long at all by your statement about never losing any money. go to the beginner's circle and read the stickies, learn bankroll management, and take ppl's $.

lol.. I wish this was a guaranteed strategy! Trust me.. if I could be guaranteed to sit at a table.. and win 20-30% of my stack, and leave, and repeat, I would probably do it too!
I agree with martindcx1e, you probably haven't been playing that long to not have ANY losing sessions!? Variance always catches up at some point...

The hit and run.... means am playing soild poker NOT like a donkey....or a fish...........i play for 8 hours or just my lunch time at work................i read every poker book.....and yes am new to the cash games.......but when your winning money everyday you play YOU HOPE YOUR PLAY THE RIGHT WAY...........AND ITS NOT JUST A COIN FLIP.............I THINK THE PEOPLE THAT TALK SHIT ARE THE ONES I SEE GO ON TILT ALOT AND BLAME EVERYONE ELSE........WHEN A BAD PLAYER SUCKS OUT ON THEM............BECAUSE IN THE LONG RUN I WIN........LOL
