Default doubling up on the last hand in a live game

I decide my button will be my last hand at Stones today in a $1/$2 game. I have around $75 and an early position raiser makes it $6. A middle position player calls. I call and flop a set. I'm not sure what the pre-flop raiser had but I doubled up through him and it felt great!

Always a good feeling for sure. I used to treat myself to some nice casino food (hard to come by, I know) whenever I left a cash game session up by $50+. Congrats on the walk-off double-up!

sick hit and run. Why sit with 38 bbs btw?
Playing big pots at small stakes.

That's what I was just thinking? And I think you lost money on that call

Sat with 100. Wasn't a good session up until that point which is why I was leaving.

Very nice when a flopped SET (that holds!) gives your session a happy end,
and - because it was the last hand - better memories!

Yeah, it was interesting. There have been plenty of sessions where I just folded my last hand on the button.

Very generous, stopping at the button, because you could have played still a full round of cash pokers
