(5 handed)
Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com
Is it an option to call the flop and check/call him down ?
I feel i lost 1 BB on the river
Preflop: Hero is MP with A , J
2 folds, Hero raises, Button calls, 1 fold
Flop: (5 SB) 3 , K , J (2 players)
Hero bets, Button raises, Hero 3-bets, Button calls
Turn: (5.5 BB) 3 (2 players)
Hero bets, Button calls
River: (7.5 BB) 10 (2 players)
Hero checks, Button checks
Total pot: (7.5 BB)
Results:
Button had 8 , J (two pair, Jacks and threes).
Hero had A , J (two pair, Jacks and threes).
Outcome: Hero won

played fine, except for river, where you missed an easy value bet.
Assuming a normal player: He cant have AQ, given the action. He cant have KJ if he just calls flop 3bet and doesnt raise turn blank.
I would expect most people to cap flop or raise turn in a shorthanded game if they held KTs or KQ. I would bet this river 100%. if i get raised, i reluctantly call what looks like JT or some weird slow play.
If he is a thinking player at all, he should be scared of AQ, JJ, KK, KJ, KTs, so even if he has that JT, he should just call. Of your perceived range on the river, he only beats AA, AK and KQ

i forgot to add his stats...
31/9/2.4
I realize if i check the river, he probably bets with any Jx, Kx....i would have to call him anyway.

these are spots i need to work on because i seem to find the K here a lot after this flop raise. where i seem to play 2nd pair wont raise your cbet.
i think you played it well, but missed one on the river, too. pnh.
