Without making the outcome too obvious, I sometimes have the problem of falling in love with a hand. Any comments?

Ultimate Bet 0.01/0.02 Hold'em (10 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is CO with 8c, Jc. SB posts a blind of $0.01.
UTG+1 calls, 1 fold, MP1 calls, MP2 calls, MP3 calls, Hero calls, Button calls, SB (poster) checks, BB checks.

Flop: (8 SB) Jh, 2s, 6c (9 players)
SB checks, BB checks, UTG checks, UTG+1 checks, MP1 bets, MP2 folds, MP3 calls, Hero calls, Button calls, SB calls, BB folds, UTG calls, UTG+1 folds.

Turn: (7 BB) Js (6 players)
SB checks, UTG checks, MP1 bets, MP3 calls, Hero raises, Button folds, SB folds, UTG calls, MP1 3-bets, MP3 calls, Hero caps, UTG calls, MP1 calls, MP3 calls.

River: (23 BB) 5d (4 players)
UTG checks, MP1 bets, MP3 calls, Hero raises, UTG folds, MP1 calls, MP3 folds.

Final Pot: 28 BB

Results in white below:
MP1 has 2h 2c (full house, twos full of jacks).
Hero has 8c Jc (three of a kind, jacks).
Outcome: MP1 wins 28 BB.

btw, sorry about the micro limit hand...I really don't have the money for 25/50 cent and I'm hoping to learn to play well before I take any big steps.

thank you for the advice. Sorry for posting this, I guess it was just more out of frustration. I've had several hands in the last few hours where I get beat when I have a set or better.

actually looking at it again...for a less aggressive stance for this hand,

turn: call the 3bet
river: call the bet

only reason for my change is cuz i don't like the kicker.

This looks to me like one of those rare situations where the set can be detected -- not necessarily from any individual player, but from ONE of these people who is willing to give SO MUCH action. So I incline toward w/hyper's conservative approach -- call down at the turn 3bet

'Course I think I call down too much but that's another thread.
