I don't know much about poker games except hold em. I'm curious about what a sustainable win rate would be in these games?

which games?
I think you are looking to find out if non-holdem games are potentially more profitable right?
the answer is yes, but you have to put the effort into learning them well and then looking for good games.
I play pl and limit omaha hi on a range of networks and run very good. I also play limit 5draw on dise (with fnord it would seem) and run at numbers that are just silly.
So yeah, these games are very beatable if you put time in to learning how to play them well.

The question was just out of curiousity, and I was asking about any non hold em game. I'm in the middle of building a roll right now, and I don't think trying out new games seriously will help with that.
Part of why I asked was because I wondered if it would be worth it to try and learn these games in the future. I'm assuming that games like 7 card stud would be a lot harder to multitable though.

Often the problem with games like 7stud and plomaha is that not a lot of games run (at least in comparison to holdem)
However, ive always reccommended that learning more than just holdem can only be good for your game. The other side is that when you find a 7stud or plomaha or 5draw game they are often good becuase a lot of people dont play them well.
Thus if you can really play they are a goldmine. Ive played 5/10 5draw on dise and it was like sitting at a 5/10lhe game with 5 25nl players who didnt have a clue. Its really that good at times.
