Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (10 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with J, J.
3 folds, MP1 calls, 1 fold, Hero raises, 3 folds, BB calls, MP1 calls.

Flop: (6.50 SB) 7, 5, T (3 players)
BB checks, MP1 checks, Hero bets, BB raises, MP1 calls, Hero calls.

Turn: (6.25 BB) K (3 players)
BB bets, MP1 calls, Hero folds.

River: (8.25 BB) 4 (2 players)
BB bets, MP1 calls.

Final Pot: 10.25 BB

Results in white below:
BB has Qd Td (one pair, tens).
MP1 has 9d 7d (one pair, sevens).
Outcome: BB wins 10.25 BB.


so idiots like me will fold. (originally i planned to raise the turn on a safe card, but once it got overcalled i figured someone has a king)

I might have called down as long as the FD doesn't get there...and on the flop i would have 3 bet!!!

Easy flop 3-bet unless you have a really good read.

3-bet the flop, raise the turn.

Why would BB have a king? He bet last round, he probably has something from that. MP looks like a passive player with almost nothing, but good enough to call down O.o

Your hand is very playable. Now a king on the flop would be very different.

I meant raised. I WOULD THINK he would have a ten... but in that case jacks are in front.

Or even top pair with any kicker, check-raising makes it two bets to the other to guys on the flop which wouldn't give them good odds to chase the flush. Plus the preflop bettor usually will have something like AK-AJ or maybe a middle pair.

Why? There's so much crap he could be holding. I don't really see how you can fold this getting 8-1, it looks like an easy call down.
