Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (9 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q, J. MP1 posts a blind of $2.
2 folds, MP1 (poster) checks, 3 folds, Button calls, SB completes, Hero checks.

Flop: (4 SB) T, 3, 9 (4 players)
SB bets, Hero calls, MP1 calls, Button calls.

Turn: (4 BB) K (4 players)
SB bets, Hero raises, MP1 folds, Button folds, SB 3-bets, Hero calls.

River: (10 BB) 8 (2 players)
SB bets, Hero folds.

Final Pot: 11 BB

If I was last to act on the flop, I'd probably call, but with 2 people to act after me I'm more likely to fold. Once you called the flop and hit, I play the turn the same way as you, but I call the river and pray he has a set or 2 pair.

I think you have to call the river and pray he has a set.(or 2 pair)
I play the rest the same. A flop fold is not a bad option, small pot, little invested, bad implied odds (a straight will probably not get paid off if it is best given the 3 flush board) but I call here getting 5 to 1 immediate odds for what I discount to a 5 to 1 draw.
To win in poker you only need to be one step ahead of your opponents. Two steps may be detrimental.
