I've worked my bankroll up to $1400 mostly playing low buy in SNGs. I enjoyed the late game strats but lately I have tired of the slow almost "grinding" like buildup of my bank roll. I recently revisited LHM .5/1 to clear a bonus and found that it wasnt as bad as I thought it would be coming from a NL background. Point is I want to start playing more Limit to accelcerate my earning schedule. I have found that I am more comfortable playing limit becasue I don't have to think about how much to raise just if I should raise or not. Also not losing an entire buy in on a lucky suck out lets me play more aggresively and not always getting bluffed out of pots where I feel Im ahead. Anyway what level should I play? I feel real comfortable at .5/1 3 tabeling and have spent some time at 1/2 (not a lot). Is my bankroll ready for 2/4? I feel pretty sure my game is. All comments are appreciated.

and you want to play limit?
Anyway, if you have the limit game down your BR is ready for 2/4 with over 300BB. If you are not sure, spend some time at 1/2 to identify your leaks before moving up. It'll give you some confidence and an extra cushion to learn.

I think LH is more of a grind, but that's not necessarily a bad thing.

Yep, but I like playing them both. It may be that you have been playing under your BR in NL which is why it feels like such a grind. What limits do you play currently?

95% of my NL experience in from 5+1 and 10+1 SNGs on party. The other 5% is from 25$ max on party where I remember my A 7 on an A A 7 flop losing to quad 7s, my AA all in preflop losing to 99, and a runner runner on the river which ended up having an AQ crush my AK. However on the other side I did take 10$ empire gave me to 150$ playing NL in a day or two. I guess my bottom line question is how can I best use my hard earned bankroll to maximize profits? Higher LHE or focus on 25$ max NL. Thanks for your input!

Dalai,
You are seriously overbankrolled for the stakes you play. It wouldn't be such a grind if you were playing in the $30-50 SnGs and the $50-100 nl tables like your bankroll can allow.
