I've been doing fairly well at 3/6 LHE on Stars, and have collected stats from almost 14,000 hands. However, I'm not sure exactly where to look for leaks in my game in order to improve on my 0.68 BB/100 win rate. Are there any obvious areas for improvement with the following :

Total hands : 13,928
Vol Put $ In Pot : 15.48%
Vol Put $ in Pot from SB : 22.35%
Folded SB to Steal : 76.62%
Folded BB to Steal : 58.02%
Att to Steal Blinds : 31.30%
Won $ When Seeing Flop : 43.78%
Went to Showdown : 42.23%
Won at Showdown : 47.36%
Pre-flop Raise : 10.78%
Pre-flop AG : 1.69
Flop AG : 2.98
Turn AG : 2.54
River AG : 1.36
Total AF : 2.08

I did notice that the hands I have lost the most $$$ with are AQ (suited -0.48 BB/100, unsuited -0.05 BB/100), 22 (-0.47 BB/100) and 44 (-0.45 BB/100).

I am + BB/100 in every position except for the blinds, however am doing much worse in mid-late position, than in early position (UTG, UTG+1) and late position (CO, Button).

Does the relatively low AG on the river mean that I am missing too many value bets? Does the lower AG pre-flop mean that I'm not being selectively aggressive enough when I do decide to enter a pot?

Any feedback would be appreciated.

15.5%% VPIP is squeeky tight. Your blind steal % is okay, maybe try opening up with more hands in the middle positions.
Some days it feels like I've been standing forever, waiting for the bank teller to return so I can cash in all these Sklansky Bucks.

The 3/6 game on stars is usually one of the more difficult online LHE games you are going to find unless you are playing only during peak hours and preferably during the weekend. I would not complain too much about a .68 BB/100 win rate as very few players run much above 1 BB/100 in that game over the long run. The 2/4 game is much easier and even the 5/10 game is better if you find a decent table because the rake hits a bit less hard.

Where do you live?

If you're in CA, there are some AMAZING live games. You should be able to beat the 10/20ish level or even 20/40 level if you can hold your own in the PS 3/6.

If you're around Vegas, it's really silly not to learn to destroy the smaller NLHE games.

Not sure what's up with Seattle now days. They had a soft O8 Limit game that had sick amounts of money running through it. LHE games were ok through the 4/8 level and a variant of NLHE was just comming into the scene as $1..$200 spread limit.

Online, NLHE is all the rave. Small sport books have some amazing games (including limit.)

Work, family, and other obligations keep me from getting to B&M as much as I would like, so do most of my poker on Stars.

Take a look at your "went to showdown" and "won at showdown" percentages. I'm thinking WTSD should be 35-40ish and WASD between 50-56% You may be calling down too frequently. May you can be review a few of your sessions and tighten up a little post flop. You appear to be plenty tight preflop

I think you could loosen up pre-flop - at the moment you are only playing premium and/or position and that makes big pays unlikely on monsters, especially if the game you are playing (stars 3-6?) is as tight as people say it is. Vary your play some, raise some small pps in early position, limp aks late etc. Fold turn if you are beat cos you seem to end up at showdown more often than you should - I like to spin it so I win around 60% of showdowns.

Curious what people think, I'm in newbie learning mode but seem to be doing ok. Will post my own stats once i get a few more hands in - 10k does not seem quite enough and i think my bb/100 must be variance....
you're making money though, so can't be doing things too badly! cool.
