Limit is €20,-

Zeuro is loose/passive

Preflop: Spiriton is SB with 6Hearts, 10Hearts.
Zeuro Calls, 4 folds, 5 folds, Spiriton(SB) Calls, BB Checks

Flop: 8Hearts, JHearts, KClubs
Spiriton Bets (€20), BB Folds, Zeuro Calls

Turn: 9Spades
Spiriton Bets (€20), Zeuro Calls

River: 2Hearts
Spiriton Bets (€20), Zeuro Calls

Spiriton: Flush, 2Hearts, 6Hearts, 8Hearts, 10Hearts, JHearts

Zeuro Wins Flush, 2Hearts, 6Hearts, 7Hearts, JHearts, QHearts
(Zeuro hand on preflop: 7Hearts, QHearts)

Could I have played this different to come out of this hand as a winner or should i have folded after the Flop.

you played it fine. Just be lucky that you didnt get raised on the river. Nothing you can do about it.

The only thing I can say is that IMHO you have to be careful drawing to a low flush. This is a hand you wouldn't even be in if not for your position in small blind. Why so aggressive? If you had checked the flop and turn he might have checked right behind you. Then maybe you bet your river and lose 1 bet instead of 3. I wouldn't put all my eggs in a low flush basket. I hope to win a smallish pot when I hit this baby flush. That's just me. I wouldn't be aggressive with this hand. It can torch you
It's not what's inside that counts. Have you seen what's inside?
Internal organs. And they're getting uglier by the minute.

An important point here:
If the flush didn't come, you would have won by betting the river. (assuming an intelligent opponent and no Q on the river)
That is why it is sometimes correct to bet into one opoonent when you are drawing.
To win in poker you only need to be one step ahead of your opponents. Two steps may be detrimental.
