Buttonfold.
SB calls
BB checks.
Flop: 4dJdJh
SB bets
BB calls
CO calls
Hero calls
Turn: 4dJdJh2s
SB bets
BB calls
CO folds
Hero calls
River: 4dJdJh2s8d

I noticed BB came alive, I figured he was sitting on a flush draw as well. As for SB, I put him on a Jx.
For the record. SB had 44, and BB had J4. Blind Special

There are a few problems with your post:
There's no seat between the CO and Button, but there you sit... Would that make you the CO2? (okay, bad joke)
Your title implies that your K8s is actually the Kd and 8d, yet the 8d shows up on the river. What's up with that?

Good point. It was actually the 9d that come on the river. I was positioned as CO+1?

The standard nomenclature at full ring is
ep1 ep2 ep3
mp1 mp2 mp3
co
button
sb
bb
As for the co, there can be only one
Speaking of the hand, I wouldn't fold here. Even if you knew with certainty the bb had caught a flush, odds are good that it doesn't include the Ace. I much prefer 3 betting here rather than folding, though at the table I might call, going for the overcall by the small blind, rather than 3 betting and risking a (and losing a) cap by the Ace-high flush or unexpected full house. While I don't expect to win all the time, I do expect to win better than the 20-25% of the time the pot's offering me.

Fold preflop. K8s is for late position, which you have, but is only worth a play if you are opening or have a lot of limpers. With one limper, it's trash. As for the river, any J or flush makes the same play. It's a call without a read on BB. With a read, you might fold if it gets capped back to you. Some people think any trips are worth a river cap though. Any hand that beats you is possible here because both opponents are in the blinds in an unraised hand preflop. I think we can make a reasonable assumption that both players have trips or better. There are 65 card combinations trips or better that you beat and only 32 that beat you. If both players would play as they did with trips or better, you can expect to win about 45% of the time. They could be tighter, but they could be looser too, so it's an easy easy call.
