fold pre flop either way, this hand is so bleh.

 limit omaha H/L -

surely this is a decent hand to play multiway?

only micro MTT and I don't normally play Omaha, let alone Omaha H/L

 no, if anything you'd want it to be heads up so maybe you don't need the nut low which you'll almost never make but unless you are stealing I would just fold. You want to be scooping in this game and this board is about the only one you can.

The 55 is a bad thing, because if you make a set you pretty much can't make a live nut low and there is already one low card out. Even on a 'good' flop (KT5ish) you have bottom set which is not where you want to be. High pairs are OK in LO8 but low pairs are really bad, you'd rather have A56J I think, certainly A45J. in EP I would not even play A45J suited behind a UTG limper.

Don't be fooled by villain, he should literally fold every street and the pre flop raise is lolbad

TLR is an unknown quantity at this point
 Fold preflop, you are OOP with a relatively mediocre hand

I would raise flop, with the NFD and 2nd low draw with a flop that is really bad for A2/A3 I think it is worth raising
