I like bet/fold. There are still loads of worse hands for a loose player to call with.
If he was more aggressive check/call would be a better line.

I will usually check/call the river. This keeps me from being raised and gives the guy a chance to bluff the river with hand he might have folded with vs a bet.

I see this hand about 50 times a day and I hate it. I usually lead out and fold to a raise. Expect them to show you an A sometimes, a 2 even less and some middle paired trash most often if they call behind.
