Looks like these guys aren't used to playing limit, they see that AK and want to get all in before the flop but can't, so they jam every street instead :P

There is no psychology here, Fnord. This is like a plant reacting to the first warm rays of morning sunshine. The AK shines on their leaves... so they open up and scream, "CHIP SPEW! CHIP SPEW!"
