B&M $6-$12
1) Hand 1: Kill Pot $12-$24
Hero is 9-9 in MP1
BB has the kill button.
Preflop: UTG+1 calls, Hero raises, MP2 calls, MP3 calls, CO calls, SB calls, BB calls.
Flop: K-10-3 (2 hearts on board. Hero doesnt have any hearts.)
BB checks, Hero bets, SB calls, BB calls.
Turn: K-10-3-K (3 hearts on board now)
BB bets, Hero folds, SB calls
River: K-10-3-K-2 (4 hearts now)
BB bets, SB calls.
BB shows Q-3 of diamonds.
SB shows 7-7 for flush.
should i have raised the turn ?? i am beat by any K, any 10, possible flush. but if i had raised the turn, i win the pot. but what was my correct move ??? should i have raised preflop here or just smooth call to go for set. and fold on the flop.

Nice table!
I would check/fold the flop and move onto the next hand.

LOL. Thanks Fnord. I had a very good session on that table that night (flopped 2 sets one with limped 99 in 7 way pot, one was a 4 way capped pot with my JJ when i flopped a set)
weird thing is there are guys in the table talking "pot odds" "implied odds". (so obviously they must have read some book or something) but still cold call with pretty much anything other than useless garbage.

LMAO, same with the Commerce 9/18 game. They consider cold-calling suited connectors and semi-connectors as the 3rd+ guy in a solid play.
The thinking is a step higher. Instead of just making terrible calls and taking them at face value, they use misapplied concepts to justify their primal need to gamble (call.) The difficult ones are the ones who are somewhat talented at post-flop play who play pre-flop like that...
