Right now, PokerTracker says I'm at 8.81. I'm only playing .10/.20, so I feel I'm leaking quite a bit. What kind of goal should I be looking for?

8.8 / 100 is massive
As you move up limits that will drop off rather quickly. There's another thread here with some general guidelines, something like:
1 = beating the game
2 = beating it very well
3-4 = crushing it

Some days it feels like I've been standing forever, waiting for the bank teller to return so I can cash in all these Sklansky Bucks.

a knowledgeable player could definetely crush the loose games for 5bb/100+, especially something like .10/.20 limit where people are total morons

i's like to see someone run a consestant 5bb+/100 @ 2/4 and up... 0.10/0.20 i think you could easily do it just by camping, i mean no one folds anyways...
