Mostly I will have had no reads on my opponents because they're new to me, and during the ~160 hands I played at each of the three tables there was a lot of moving around.
For my first 500 hand session I have a negative BB of -6.56

If some of these seem terribly average, default, clear-cut hands, sorry...but as always with a new challenge, when things go bad the best thing to do is second guess everything you do so that you make as few mistakes as possible.

Hand 1: I don't understand the preflop cap at all. Unless you have a good read on UTG as being an idiot, I would give his limp/3-bet some good respect. Then once you capped preflop and he raises you on the turn, you have to start giving him credit for a hand, so I don't understand the 3-bet on the turn either...
Hand 2: Looks ok to me.
Hand 3: I might raise the turn here. You might be able to get him to fold a better T or get him to fold something like AQ making you not have to worry about getting outdrawn. There is not much risk to the raise either as he probably isn't likely to 3-bet you(even if he does you have lots of outs) and you can check through the river unimproved if you want then.
Hand 4: I think I bet this river...Him checking to you makes me think he doesn't have the straight which means he probably has a worse 2 pair.
Hand 5: Looks fine to me
Hand 6: You really need a read in spots like this.
Hand 7: Looks good.
Hand 8: Looks good.
Hand 9: Cap the flop...Makes the turn decision much easier.
Hand 10: There isn't any reason to raise the flop unimproved vs a hand that capped preflop. You are going to get 3-bet a large percentage of the time and are never going to force the fold right there. Most people at 1/2 don't cap preflop with hands worse than AK(even from the CO), so unless you have a read as him being a maniac or something, I'm thinking I give up on the hand pretty quick. I might tend to be a little less overaggressive with my unimproved AK hands than most people though.

hand 1: preflop cap was horrible. turn 3bet was horrible.
hand 2: i fold preflop almost always. rest is standard.
hand 3: ok. sometimes i like to 3bet the flop, check turn, auto-call river.
hand 4: i need some kinda read to cap this flop. bet the river.
hand 5: usually i call the flop, raise the turn, call down to a 3bet.
hand 6: 3bet the flop and fold the turn to more aggression.
hand 7: good
hand 8: good
hand 9: seems like you have a tendency to call down a flop 3bet. you're probably up against a bigger pair here. i like the flop call, raise turn play because it allows me to fold if i don't like my hand (like right here) or call down if i think it has a good chance (like hand 5)
hand 10: i call the flop and turn, fold the river.

Yep I agree that on hand one you shouldn't cap preflop and you shouldn't 3-bet the turn. At first I was thinking "Am I too weak-tight not 3-betting that turn?"
But in any case, I guess two people agree with me.
In hand 2 I would consider raising the flop when you have an equity edge and it might discourage unneeded action on the turn and maybe that one raise would give you the chance to see the river for ONE bet instead of two. That's what my play is. I'm still folding the river, though.
hand 3 I also might consider raising the turn, not because I might fold a better hand, but because I think I have the equity edge against his hand range.
hand 4 I play the same
hand 5 I cap the flop
hand 6 is iffy
I'd probably play it like you did and be wrong
hand 7
I guess you went for a cheap showdown... I don't know if your hand is strong enough
hand 8 standard
hand 9 cap the flop
hand 10 I fold the turn because I'm not winning this one unimproved and my odds to draw are bad due to the possiblity of him fast-playing a ten
