Just curious where our limit forum mostly plays. Select the option that represents the stakes you currently spend most of your time at.

For a while, I was a dumbass and played out of my bankroll limit and would play $1/2 because I preferred the style of play better. I also figured at .25/.50 or .50/1 people would call more often with mid level hands and hit magically

Given my small roll currently .5/1, I’ll be up to 2/4 hopefully by end summer, (few bonuses here and there, some 1/2 play then I should be goot to go)...

Boy I want to get up to 2/4. Mostly on account of gamesgrid bonus. I'm rolled for it but not sure I'm good enough.

If you are even the sliest bit hesitant then hold off and play 1/2 until you are confident that you'll be ok to play 2/4...

1 observation:
Maybe it's me or my poor table selection skills, but lately all I find there are tables full of tags and rocks.

1 question:
rackback? wtf is that? sounds good :P

I play mostly 1/2 and 2/4 online, since I don't like too much money tied up, and I don't really like online poker. (did I say that out loud, oops.)
I play mostly 10/20 and 20/40 in B&M.
6/12 Kill is my favorite game, and best in terms of BB/hr, but my hourly rate is highest at 20/40 right now. (though 10/20 is close with less swings)
To win in poker you only need to be one step ahead of your opponents. Two steps may be detrimental.

I'm mostly a 3/6 5 table max guy. Lately I have been playing two tables at same time. From what I've found, most people play Ax from any position, occassionally even raise with it UTG. People think cuz it's five handed the value of starting hands DRASTICALLY changes (e.g. raise in BB with 44 when everyone else has called and you know no one is going to fold to your raise and then still try and bluff 3 callers after flop with a re-raise when board is 8TK). Many will never ever fold their button. Gotta admit I was one of them a little bit ago.

Lately I have been playing super TAG, but because it is only 5 handed I can and do play hands like AJ or even AT aggressively depending on position, bets in front etc. The two tables has helped lately since I'm playing tighter - by playing two tables I still get to play quite a few hands and don't get as tempted after a slow streak of cards to say screw it and start calling re-raises preflop with 36 suited.
