so, i've been capping AA KK and QQ if the'll let me. i think i capped AK once or twice, but when do you stop at 3? should I ever just call pre flop? Say AJs early, i raise and get reraised... call? re re raise? () fold?

so, i'll raise lots of stuff late, but i'm having a tough time decideing how far to push my cards. i suppose if i noteced someone was tight, and they reraised me (making it three bets), i'd let more marginal hands go, KQ off, in late position for example. but in general should i ever just call pre flop? even if it's the third bet and i have the chance to cap?

Am i better off thinking i have the best hand, i want as large of a pot as possible pre flop? that seems to encourage people to hang around longer after the flop, so my big hands would get paid off more i suppose... but my fragile hands TPTK for example... i don't want people hanging around.

Any thoughts or comments appreciated.

AJs I fold to a reraise in limit...

AQs on the other hand, I'll 3-bet, and call a cap. I'm betting an A or Q on the flop, and folding to a raise. It's a bit read dependant too.

I'm not used to full limit (I haven't played that in quite a few months - I stick more to 6-max) but I suppose the short answer would be - it depends. How many other people cold-called you? How many limped in front of you? Especially with AJs, I think it usually makes sense to call the one bet reraise (unless, of course, your read tells you otherwise). AJo, well, you shouldn't be raising that from EP anyway (in full table).
