Some days it feels like I've been standing forever, waiting for the bank teller to return so I can cash in all these Sklansky Bucks.

As played is ok. Pretty clear we're beat here - calling one bet is ok but calling two cold with a likely cap on the horizon is fairly bad, even in a pot this size.
I also can't believe BB c/rd the river then folded. From his turn play it looked like 3x or 55 and folding that on the river would just be amazingly stupid.

Amazingly stupid or (in my opinion) they were colluding together and squeezing me for more bets. BB's line makes abso-fucking-lutely no sense unless he is just helping UTG get more value from his hand against me. Value meaning either by getting me to fold the best hand (which I may well have had), or squeezing me for bets against UTG's better hand.
I sent this hand along with an email to the support guys. I sent off a second email a couple hours later when I observed these guys again sitting at the table together, right next to each other just as before.
Crypto's first response:

Dear <KoRnholio>,
Thank you for taking the time to report this incident. The integrity of our site is of the utmost importance to us and therefore all such reports are fully investigated by one of our poker specialists.
Following this we have investigated every hand in which the two accounts played together as well as the accounts game play together against other players. When checking for collusion we look for the following:
- Squeezing. Where the players involved continually raise the pot in order to scare the other players into folding. This is normally done when neither player is holding a good hand.
- Pot building – When one player is holding a strong hand and the other not so strong. Both players raise in order to trap another player in the middle and at the same time increase the size of the pot.
- Best hand play – This is where the players involved would only play the better of their two hands.
We have found no other evidence that would signify collusion. In all of the hands played together both players betting action was justified and the players always played in their best individual interests. There was no evidence that the players were playing as a ‘team’.
There are no links between the accounts and the accounts are not from the same location. Based on the above information this incident during the hand 5213830013 looks like a bad bluff gone horribly wrong.
We have many tools that are used for checking the gaming activity of our players to ensure that our site is a fair place for our customers to enjoy playing poker. We also appreciate our players taking the time to report to us any incidents that they are not happy with which helps us to monitor our site and players. If you find anything else that you are not completely satisfied with please feel free to report this to us and once again we will conduct a thorough investigation.
Kind regards
Marios

I emailed him back explaining that there's no way that the BB in this hand had a legitimate hand or was betting of his own interests. It looked to me like I was obviously being squeezed. I mentioned again the contents of my second email about these two again sitting together, side by side. I then pointed out that the accounts not being from the same location is meaningless when dealing on the internet.
Today I received some great news:

Dear <KoRnholio>,
Thank you again for your recent report, response and for bringing this incident to our attention.
I apologise that the second observed incident on table Zinc was not forwarded to us in time to investigate further therefore making our report seem difficult to understand.
On reflection I can confirm that the incidents combined which you have reported are found not in accordance with the terms and conditions of our poker room and the appropriate action has been taken against the players involved. Thank you once again and should you find anything in the poker room that you are not completely happy with please let us know.
We take such activity very seriously and therefore all reports are investigated thoroughly by the poker team.
In addition please accept $100 as a gesture of goodwill. These funds will be made immediately available to you to use at your own discretion.
Kind Regards
Marios

Needless to say, my faith in Crypto/online poker has been greatly increased. Not just from a free $100, but the fact that there is some justice to be had when being cheated. I am also very impressed by their response times (within 4 hours from my first email, I received their first response).
