i don't understand why u would chase here only to lay it down, if u felt u may possibly be counterfeited if the board paired, i lay it down on the turn action?? But at the river i would have to have say the pot is too BIG to lay down, plus with the CAP action on the flop can u really put anyone on the Boat? -QQ is the only hand i really worry about and that is putting them on a really limited range. if someone happens to flip over JJ well, hell NH sir... and move on! *Wow there's lots o' money in Limit Hold-em.....hmmmm??

I was drawing with odds, but I didn't think that the Jd was a complete out, as it would pair the board, any other diamond and I'm obviously good..

i know u called for odds, but did u really fear the boat?? if u notice, no-one raised the flop.. that would have to lead me to believe no one had a set. if there was that much action pre-flop and someone caught their set on that flop u would've had to RAISE, right?? so i think u were Positively GOOT and this is a river i wouldn't mind sticking around to!!!

P.S- these guys dont CAP - QJ do they???

Not sure.. only 3 hands into the table sir

BB could have a set. Noone bet into him on the flop, nor the turn, he was doing the leading all the way.

Keep the conversation going child, it is good

if there is one that those 2 links can not handle, however you know a link to one that can handle it please post it in the thread, i will add it to the master list, or another mod will do so...

thank you and Regards PokerFanatic

The other part people are not realizing is that this is only 3 Handed.

People will cap lots of crap 3 handed.

I actually raise that flop for 2 reasons: 1) it lets me know where I really am against nilo, 2) maybe card dead will actually give up his hand now.

Turn is weird since card dead wakes up for the first time this hand - flopped straight or turned flush look most likely.

I didn't count the bets but it should be pretty straight forward to see if you have the odds to chase your diamond and T outs.

The river is 2 more bets into a ginormous pot - you have to call there. nilo probably has the boat, but there is enough of a chance that he has a hand like JxKd, TxJx, or TxKd (or even a bluff) that you have to call.

You have to call the turn bets. You have the odds even in the worse case of only 6 outs where one has the flush and the other has a set. As for the river, if you use the 10% bluffs rule, you have to call. Takes a damned solid read to fold here.

You only need to have the best hand here. 9 % of the time for this to be a bad fold. I say call. There's no was this is not the best hand 9% of the time.
