UTG+1 is very loose, somewhat passive. Could have just about anything.
When he 3-bets the flop, it looks like he could have a 9. But maybe he just has a 10? Do I fold, call it down, or cap it?

I called it down, and he had the 9 
I'm glad I got the information on the flop though, rather than on a more expensive street.
