Short answer: SSH
Long answer: Search the forums like pokerfanatic said

I personally don't like the way the books are presented on this page. The main page text doesn't even list SSH until one of the final paragraphs, and the lists of books after it is in an order I don't like with reviews I don't always like. So I wouldn't recommend this page.

you can pull up a special page with limit rankings. SSH and TOP go right to the top.

Weight in the Odds is the NEW HFAP, HFAP is outdated. Theory of poker is obvious for any form of poker.

King Yao's Weighing the Odds of Hold'em poker, is very good. I've read alot of books but that one has probably the most solid advice.

His chart about when to limp and when to raise/fold, is the best i've seen.
take your ego out of the equation and judge the situation dispassionately

At what level of LHE would the crossover be from SSH to Weighing the odds in Hold’em Poker?

I’m asking about online poker not casino. Right now I’m playing Party Poker @ .25/.50 and it’s hard to find the loose passive tables that SSH talks about. Mostly it averages 2-3 player going to a raised flop.

Thanks for the response but I think my days of buying Phil Helmuth stuff are done.
Have any of you people seen Phils performance at the High stakes poker game? I can’t believe this guy has nine bracelets. I cant believe he has any money at. This Guy can dodge bullets he cant dodge a Mack Truck. I mean this guy is as badddddd a poker player as you can be. He is terrible.

I donk think hes terrible, hes just used to playing against donks in tournaments. Now hes playing against world class players in a cash game and he cant hang.

I would say at about 3/6, maybe the 2/4 game sometimes. The value of King Yao's book is learning to play differently based upon your opponent. 2/4 still tends to give a profit by using simple, uniform strategies.

I don't know. Man he is making some terible plays. You can see how his emotion affects his play. He is so worried about getting bluffed he makes calls where he has to be behind. Way behind. I would be shocked to see him win another braclet. Although anything can happen in a tournament. Lets see how the show plays out I may be wrong but I think we will see him leave the show down a real lot of money.

he is definitely a good TOURNAMENT player though
because if he tilts in a tournament it's after he's knocked out so it's fine
