O.K., this i have been dreading and puting off for long enough, it's time that i learn Omaha (both O8 and hi) which is the reason i came here in the first place. Thanks to Salsa for that, i have enjoyed reading and participating in the discussions here.
I say "dreading" not because i don't want to learn it, but because i know it's one of the more complicated games to learn and is going to take a lot of hard work on my part (anything profitable and worth learning is usually hard to get good at). Not to mention all the time that will be spent by others answering my seemingly dumb questions..lol..
I know there are many people here that are very experienced and can help me out, and i can use all the help i can get so please feel free to put in your 2 cents. That especially means you Salsa lol, i hope you are ready (and willing) for an influx of hands and questions...lol
I have been reading the posts and they have been very helpfull, but the only way to truely learn is to play.
I have played very little of it so i am going to start with $1, 18 man sit n gos and very low stakes cash tables until i get some sort of a handle on what i'm doing.
Thanks to everyone in advance for any help you are willing to offer.

horay, IMO the game isn't that hard. SnGs are going to be weird because you're always going to be short and there isn't much besides straight up play.
I only know Omaha, not O8. And I"m not experienced, but I'm a somewhat decent maybe kinda sorta player at micro stakes. Nut camping will win.
What site are you on? There is 2PLO at stars which would be better than 18 man SnGs.

Or should i know i'm gonna have to split the low and fold??

Please use the converter:
http://poker-tools.flopturnriver.com/Hand-Converter.php
1st hand your hand isn't that hot. Decent low, but no hi potential. Limping is fine for now.
Flop is disgusting. You have the nuts and you minish raise? That's basically never ok in any form of poker. Especially with a flush draw, pot that shit. Turn pot, this isn't holdem. River looks fine.
Hand 2 I can't really comment on since I don't play O8 yet.

I tried to use the converter, but you can see how well that worked... not at all. A little help would be great.

PokerStars Pot-Limit Omaha/8, $0.05 BB (6 handed) Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)
MP ($4.99)
CO ($5.73)
Button ($5.74)
SB ($7.18)
BB ($2.97)
Hero ($5)
Preflop: Hero is UTG with J , 7 , A , 2 .
Hero calls $0.05, MP calls $0.05, CO calls $0.05, Button calls $0.05, SB completes, BB checks.
Flop: ($0.30) K , Q , T (6 players)
SB checks, BB bets $0.15, Hero raises to $0.35, MP folds, CO folds, Button folds, SB folds, BB calls $0.20.
Turn: ($1) 3 (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $0.45, BB calls $0.45.
River: ($1.90) 9 (2 players)
Final Pot: $1.90
not perfect, but close. You can also see the pot size. Your turn sucks because he's getting 3:1 to call and it's more likely that he has a flush draw since he has 4 cards. In Holdem you can bet less than the pot because draws are a smaller part of his range.
