Basically, when the turn fell, i was 100% sure that no-one had been drawing to a flush. I was praying to all the Gods that a club doesn't fall on the river. It did. Seeing everyone check, i bet hoping that someone with a weak club(which would have otherwise beat me) would fold, and i also saw it as a value bet. The result of the hand shocked me. Was my play goot?
Btw, the thought was that if i didn't get the flush or pickup a straight draw on the turn I'd drop the hand. The turn actually made me stop and think "okay...I got my draw.WTF do i do now?"

I'd just check it because you wouldn't stand up to a raise
It's rare that the river gets check-raised, but that's what maybe someone with a king of clubs would do

Since the pot is this huge, you can't afford to lay this hand down, so you'll end up calling when someone raises which is exactly their intention with the nuts. I don't know what they were doing calling anyway. Anyone with a deuce of clubs beats them. Maybe the straight guy had the small chance you were trying to take a stab at a big pot, so he should call. UTG+2 calling with a pair of queens? LOL

I think you played it fine. The K of clubs here in a multiway pot is much more likely to donk bet out than check raise, any club, for that matter would probably also do it.
