I've seen this term thrown around a bit, but I'm not too sure whether I fully understand it.
Can someone give an example and a couple ways of how to play it?

All it means is basically you are either way ahead in the hand or way behind there is no real middle ground to it... I don't have examples handy... but it basically means exactly what it says…

Usually way behind is 2 outs or less and way ahead is the same. Tricky thing is, you don't know where you are at. Such as QQ, capped preflop by a tight opponent on a T high board. Say his capping range is TT-AA and AK, you are either way ahead or way behind.
Dont make it too complicated. Your goal should be to win the most when ahead and lose the most when behind. How you do that, is what makes you good.

or lose the least... Midas is pretty good about winning the most/losing the most.
It is the losing the least part that separates good players from the great ones.
What Jeff is effectively saying is: Good luck, but I am not giving away the deep secrets of limit holdem.
I talk to you enough on IRC that I'll have time to go in depth, but I too don't feel like I care enough to explain it all right now.
Kind of sad how the players who understand the concepts get too lazy to share them. oh well.
Short answer: check call out of position and donk the river. In position, call the flop and turn and raise the river.
The not-so way behind line would be to raise the turn and check behind the river unimproved.
but, again, it is left as an excercise to the reader to determine why that would be correct.

To win in poker you only need to be one step ahead of your opponents. Two steps may be detrimental.

Common example is when you hold a weak Ace and spike an Ace on the flop against a preflop raiser who only raises big Aces and pocket pairs.
On an uncoordinated board, you are way ahead of an unimproved pocket pair but may be way behind a set or a bigger A.
Out of position against an aggressive opponent, my standard line is to check/call the flop, check/call the turn, and lead the river. Against passive players who call a lot but don't raise much, I'll lead each street unless/until I meet resistance.
In position, I want to make sure a bet goes in on each street. IOW, I bet if checked to and call if bet into.
This is all assuming HU play and a strong read (it can be hard to pinpoint when you are WA/WB against certain opponents).

I thought about this one a little earlier. Kinda fits the WAWB structure. Say you hold a big hand like AA/KK, the board is 3JQJ. You're way ahead of Qx, 3x, Q3, but you're way behind Jx and your opp is betting relentlessly.
This could be wrong though

Its not so much laziness as it is me not giving every everthing on a silver plater. It's just more gratifying when you figure things out for yourself.
But, i'm always willing to discuss things in vent...
