I had been 6-tabling some .50/1.00 at Party, and was shutting down for the night. I had one table left open, playing out the last orbit. Most of the players at this table weren't defending their blinds at all, check folding to a bet on the flop. Villain was the one exception. He had been defending his blinds vigorously.

Actual multi-level thinking going on at .50/1.00. I knew he knew I was betting the flop if he checked, so he bet out first.

Is this play too wild even given the read? I figure the only way he can continue is if he has the A. If he has no A, he folds the turn, every time. Of course if he calls/raises the turn, I'm done with the hand....unless I hit another diamond on the river. Then I must bet again/fold to raise. The deuce is a clean out also.

elipsesjeff is an unknown quantity at this point
raise/fold preflop, no open limping on the CO!!!

Post flop, I just give it a rest on the flop. No need to win every pot and you're more likely to behind here than ahead. Also, find better tables so you aren't forced with tough decisions.
